1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vipph55 website accessible at vipph55.net, including all games, features, tools, and services made available through it.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "vipph55" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" means the operator of the vipph55 platform and all related services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their Account using a supported payment method and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Balance must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and vipph55 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties. No oral or written statement made by any vipph55 employee or representative outside of these Terms shall modify or supplement this agreement unless published as an official amendment on the Platform.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. You remain personally liable for compliance with these Terms in all circumstances.

3. Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and participate in any gaming activity on the vipph55 Platform. This requirement is set in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. vipph55 strictly prohibits underage gambling and employs age verification procedures to enforce this requirement.

If vipph55 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended pending age verification. If the Player is confirmed to be underage, the Account will be permanently closed and all deposits will be returned, minus any amounts wagered, at vipph55's sole discretion.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. vipph55 makes no representation that the Platform is legally accessible in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination.

3.4 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. vipph55 employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all such accounts may be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and winnings voided at vipph55's discretion.

4. Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any other person. vipph55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vipph55 support immediately. vipph55 reserves the right to suspend Account access pending investigation of any reported security breach.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

vipph55 may request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or following any unusual activity. Accepted documents include a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by vipph55 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the temporary restriction of Account activity until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Inactivity

An Account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. vipph55 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior notification to the registered email address. The inactivity fee will not reduce a balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any pending verification requirements.

5. Deposits & Payments

vipph55 accepts deposits through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment options may be made available from time to time and will be listed in the Platform's cashier section.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance as soon as they are confirmed by the relevant payment provider. vipph55 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits into your Account from a third party, is strictly prohibited and may be treated as potential money laundering activity subject to reporting obligations.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 General Conditions

Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of Real Money Balance funds. Bonus Balances and promotional credits that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible.

6.2 Processing Times

vipph55 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes following the completion of all verification requirements:

• GCash and PayMaya: within 30 minutes for verified accounts
• BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfers: within one (1) to three (3) business days

Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required, during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume, or due to circumstances beyond vipph55's reasonable control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method and Account tier. vipph55 reserves the right to amend withdrawal limits upon reasonable notice to Players.

6.4 Verification Prior to Withdrawal

vipph55 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. No withdrawal will be processed from an Account that has not undergone at least basic identity verification. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players without exception.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

vipph55 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps applicable to bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Where a Player holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, Real Money Balance funds will be wagered first unless the Platform's rules specify otherwise for a particular promotion.
• vipph55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of abuse, error, or fraud.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus balances that remain subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited automatically.
• Players who request a withdrawal before completing applicable wagering requirements may forfeit any remaining Bonus Balance at vipph55's discretion.

8. Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games offered on vipph55 — including live casino tables, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are subject to their individual game rules, which are published within each game interface or within the relevant product section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the specific gameplay in question.

vipph55 uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for applicable games. Live dealer games are operated using real physical equipment broadcast via live video stream. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of real-world events as reported by the official governing bodies of those events.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during an active game round or wager, vipph55 will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly and in accordance with available data. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided. vipph55's decision in all such matters is final.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vipph55 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one Account policy
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other Players to influence game outcomes, exploit bonus structures, or manipulate sports betting markets
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to vipph55 immediately; failure to report constitutes Prohibited Conduct
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law
• Allowing any other person to use your Account, or using another person's Account
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing vipph55 staff or other Players
• Any other conduct that vipph55 reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the vipph55 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of vipph55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of vipph55.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vipph55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

vipph55's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vipph55 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled downtime may occur. vipph55 will endeavour to minimise disruption but accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

12. Privacy & Data

vipph55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the agreement between you and vipph55. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

vipph55 will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

13. Termination

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting vipph55 support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (subject to applicable verification and withdrawal conditions) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus Balances that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Termination of your Account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination, including any outstanding withdrawal requests or pending verification requirements.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that any dispute arising between you and vipph55 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits vipph55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
